Essex Senior Center Travel Policy

Please sign up at least 6 weeks in advance of a trip. Minimum of $10 deposit accepted on day trips, and $50 on overnight trips. All trips must be paid in full at least 30 days in advance. Please read our cancellation policy available in the Travel Office. Deposits are not refundable. Seniors are encouraged to purchase Trip Insurance for overnight trips. We trvel with all ages; however, travelers 60 years and over must register to be members of the Center at the time of signing up. Membership is free.

 

Requests for special ADA accommodations for travel must be made a minimum of 10 business days in advance of the departure.
